Hello! I’m Julie.

Entrepreneur, coach, mom of 3, and enthusiastic optimist dedicated to helping you seize your power and potential.

I partner with ambitious, growth-minded leaders, helping them embrace their unique power, passion and purpose so they can bring more value and impact to their work, their teams, and ultimately, to the world.

I spent 20 amazing years in the advertising/marketing world, leading business-driving and award winning collaborations for clients including: BoomChickaPop, Nikon, Rolling Stone, Payless Shoes, E*Trade, Hoover, NBC, MSNBC, Lucy Activewear, Children’s Hospitals MN, General Mills, Herman Miller and Virgin. Leading teams and individuals in one of the most creative, fast-paced and, oftentimes, dynamic industries, I have gained a unique perspective on leadership, goal-setting, team building, collaboration, resiliency, and motivation.

A life-changing event in 2010 forced me to re-evaluate my life, my values and, ultimately, my career. I made a major pivot in my career by becoming a certified career coach and taking on a new dual role as Chief Talent Officer and Chief Operating Officer of MONO, part of The Stagwell Group. In my 13 years at MONO, I helped the agency grow from 15-120 people; expand offices; earn 4A's Agency of the Year recognition (x3); embrace formal DEI strategies/ progress; architect and introduce an all-female leadership team, reinvent the employee experience, level-up operational practices and galvanize the most talented team of people in the industry.

Leadership is, and has always been, in my blood. As the daughter of an entrepreneur, I saw daily the conviction, discipline and sacrifice it takes to succeed as a leader. In college, I led my first 25-member team in my elected role as Student Government President. I am endlessly fascinated by leaders and leadership. I believe it’s one of the most challenging, and most important, callings in life. As an executive career coach, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of leaders embrace the power they have within and take ownership of their career and leadership success.

When I’m not working, you can find me rooting (loudly) for my kids’ basketball teams, enjoying a good glass of wine (or two) with my husband or on a walk with one of my favorite playlists or podcasts.
