Are you ready to reclaim, redefine, reimagine what’s possible for you & your career?

You are amazing. Your career should be amazing too. Too often, we let other people define our career path and value. We “roll with it,” letting our careers become defined by what others need us to do vs. what we want for ourselves.
We spend 1/3 of our life, around 90,000 hours, at our jobs. Given that, I believe it’s worth really getting clear on what we want and need our work to be for us.
I believe career success and joy happens when you become more you, not less you. When you double-down on your strengths. When you understand what you want your work to mean (and not mean). And when you unapologetic advocate for who you are and what you deserve.
  • Career Discovery

I help my clients get clear on who they are, why they are and what they want their careers to be.

Your power: your areas of unique brilliance.

Your passions: the work you love, the things you love to do.

Your purpose: the impact you want to make on people, in your industry and possibly in the world.

When you understand who you are & what you bring to the world, career direction and decisions become clear.

  • Pitching & Interviewing

You probably have a piece of paper called a resume that has captured all the facts about where you’ve been and what you’ve done.

But as you start connecting and interviewing, you need a story - a pitch. We don’t want interviewers spending time “figuring you out,”because that means they are spending less time imagining how you could fit and contribute to their organization.

The clearer you are, the more confident you are. And, the more confident and clear you are, the more employers are confident and clear (and excited) about why they should consider you.

  • Career Agent

You think you’re going to get an offer. Or, you just got an offer. Is it a good offer? Should you counter? What else should you think about beyond salary and title?

I work with individuals, helping them advocate for themselves and their value. Job offers are a big deal. They don’t come around all that often. Between being an executive coach and spending 10+ years in talent/HR, I have unique experience that can help people navigate offers with confidence and clarity.
