I help my clients get clear on roles (who does what) and decision making (who, how and when) - especially at the ELT/Leadership team level.

Strategic Planning is one of my SuperPowers, as well as one of my core beliefs. I believe the greatest successes come as a result of tangible goals, smart strategies, clear ownership and ongoing accountability and reclalibration. I partner with leaders and leadership teams, bringing form and function to their audacious goals and visions. From moderating strategic work sessions to co-authoring strategic plans, I want to help leaders make their goals a reality.
